Crispy Cauliflower Fry/ மொறு மொறுனு காளிப்பிளவர் வறுவல்

                                        On a rainy day, I am a glad to have crispy cauliflower fry in one hand and Coffee in another hand.hmm! The taste is delightful and remind my childhood memories. When i and my sissy Ramya came from the school, my mom served the cauliflower fry with a cup of coffee. We both are chitchat and share this snacks with each other.hmm! Its unforgettable moment in my life. Its delightful combination with any rice varieties and favorite snack with coffee or tea.
                                Cauliflower is a one of the tasty vegetable, but it has to contain tiny insects. We need to do some process to remove the tiny bugs before making any recipes in the cauliflower. They are 
          • Add one teaspoon turmeric and salt in the water and boiled well.
          • Switch off the flame, then soak the cauliflower in the water for fifteen minutes.
          • If any tiny insects in the florets, it will die or come out from the florets.

BENEFITS:

     Cauliflower contains high fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin K. it's used to
      • enhance weight loss and digestion,
      • reduces the risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease.
      • Maintain strong bones.
      • Improve memory power.

INGREDIENTS:

      • Cauliflower - 1 No
      • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
      • Gram flour - 2 tbsp
      • Maida - 1 tbsp
      • Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
      • Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
      • Chili powder - 1 tbsp
      • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
      • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
      • Salt - as per your taste
      • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
      • Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:

      • Add one teaspoon turmeric and salt in the water and boiled well.
      • Switch off the flame, soak cauliflower florets in the water for fifteen minutes.
      • After fifteen minutes, drain the florets from water.
      • Add Cauliflower, 2 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp maida flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour,1/2 tsp garam masala,1 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, salt (as per taste) in the pan.
      • Mix well (don't add any water because the cauliflower has water content, and it will release when marination time).
      • Marinate the mixture for minimum 30 minutes.
      • Pour oil in the pan
      • Once oil heated, add cauliflower and deep-fry until it changed into brown color.

PICTORIAL:

Cut the cauliflower vertically with the stem.
Add one teaspoon turmeric and salt in the water and boiled well.
Switch off the flame, soak cauliflower florets in the water for fifteen minutes.
After fifteen minutes, drain the florets from water.
Add cauliflower,2 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp maida,1 tbsp corn flour,1 tbsp rice flour in the pan.
Add 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste in the pan.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder in the pan.
Add 1/2 tsp garam masala in the pan.
Add 1/2 tsp jeera powder in the pan.
Add required salt in the pan.
Mix all the mixture well. Doesn't add any water because cauliflower releases water in the marination time.
Pour oil in the pan.
Wait until the oil heated (put a small mixture in the oil and check the bubbles soothes out in the pan).
Add the cauliflower one by one in the pan.
                Deep fry the cauliflower until it's changed to the brown color.
Serve it in the bowl.

Green Coriander Chicken Gravy

                         When I was working in Bangalore, we went to the bhagini andra restaurant for a dinner party. There I like to order Green coriander chicken gravy.  its taste was good and well suits with rice, chapati, roti, etc.                          I am very eager to make this recipe so I started to searching many videos on youtube at last I made this recipe from the vahrehvah channel. Its taste was awesome.
