Hmm, I need always this smile when I preparing different recipes. It gives me good energy for making more challenges in my life. The specialty of this recipe was onion and tomato masala mixture with shallow fried chicken. This chicken gives a crispy and tender texture and is compatible with Rice varieties, chapati, parotta, dosa, etc.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHICKEN DRUMSTICK MASALA?
- chicken legs - 3 nos
- ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- chilli powder - 2 tsp
- coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper powder - 1 tsp
- garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- oil - 6 tsp
- salt as required
- onion - 1 big size
- tomato - 1 big size
- mint leaves - 1/2 handful
- coriander leaves - 1/2 handful
- lemon - 1/2 size
- capsicum - 1/2 size
- green chili - 1 no
- fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 inch
- bay leaves - 1 no
- elachi - 1 no
- cloves - 2 no's
- star anise - 1 no

How do you make a chicken drumstick masala?
Add a 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp chili powder,1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 size lemon juice, salt in the chicken
Marinate the chicken for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add 4 tsp oil to the pan and shallow fry the chicken like the chicken is crispier outside and 3/4 part cooked inside and once fried, keep it aside.
Add 2 tsp oil to the pan.
Saute the masalas 2 bay leaves, 1-star anise, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1 elachi, 2 cloves, and saute well.
Add a chopped 1 big size onion in the pan and saute well until it became translucent.
Add a 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well until the raw smell goes off.
Add 1 big size tomato and 1 green chili in the pan, and saute well until it became a mushy substance.
Add a 1/2 size chopped capsicum to the pan.
Saute well until the capsicum cooked well
.
Add a 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp garam masala in the pan.
Add 1 cup of water to the pan and mix well.
Add the required salt to the pan.
Add a 1/2 handful of mint leaves to the pan.
close the lid and wait for five minutes until the masala is cooked well.
Add a fried chicken and mix well.
Turn the chicken back and cooked well until the chicken absorbs the water.
Add coriander leaves to the pan.
