Baby Doll Crib Using Cardboard Box

WELCOME TO RAEIMA'S PASSION

My daughter manu has a baby doll, Hari papa. Yeah! It is her one of the favorite doll 😀. She used to play with a baby doll daily and ask me," Amma, I want a crib and dresses for my hari papa".
I searched for a toy crib in many shops. Huh! The rate was too high (In the Amazon they mention 30 Euros). Hmm, suddenly I got an idea to make a Crib as myself using a cardboard box with less cost.
For more craft ideas, please click the CRAFTS button on my home page, click the SITEMAP button on my home page for all info about my blog.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

  • Cardboard box 2 nos(one I make as a crib and another one as a shelf)
  • Scissor
  • Scale
  • Glue and glue gun
  • Elastic
  • Paint and brush(for decorating)
  • Papers (for decorating)
  • Air sealant bag (optional- I got this in the parcel, so I used as a bed for the baby doll)

Please look below video in the Tamil and Caption in English.

INSTRUCTIONS WITH PICTURES:

How to make a Crib?

Trim the top part in the cardboard box.
Draw a parallel line in the cardboard box as per the size(here I draw a line in the 1-inch distance and note the 'X' mark in one line and not the 'X' mark in another line, vice versa).
Cut the lines, which I noted not 'X' in the cardboard box.
Stick papers in all corners of the box.
Paint the cardboard box as per your interest(I colored by using blue acrylic paint).

How to make Shelf?

Cut the half on one side of the cardboard box.
Measure 2-inches and draw a line in the center part of a cardboard box. Repeat the same process in another section of the box.
Trim the box as per measurements.
Stick the white papers in the front and side of a box.
Trim the paper in the center and stick the paper in the corners of the box.
Draw a circle on the box's side using a circle ruler.
Paint the circle in blue color and highlight them in black color.
Cut the cover in half.
Fit that cover in the windows using cello tape.
Fix the elastic (here I used my kid dress elastic and stitch the corners in the door's backside, look the below photo for your reference) in one side of the door and paste the lid (I used glue lid)in another side of the door.
Paste the crib and shelf using a glue gun.

How to make bed for the doll?

I arrange a bed and pillow using an air sealant bag and fix it using cello tape.
Keep that in the pillowcase and put it in the crib.
Decorate the crib using your way (Here I make the flower using tissue paper and paste it in the crib).

Chicken Gravy without Coconut

WELCOME TO RAEIMA'S PASSION                      Here I make  chicken Gravy  With both small onion and big onion. Its taste was outstanding and suit with rice varieties, chapati, paratha, dosa, idly, naan, etc.                                 S mall onions were a major role in this gravy. If you don't have small onions, then use big onions, but it varies the flavor of the gravy.                         My daughter likes the chicken drumstick part in this gravy, and we make this recipe within twenty-five minutes.                         For more Info, Please go through below links, For more Chicken Recipes, please click the Cooking Non-Veg Chicken Recipes  from Cooking and Craft...

Tomato Thokku/தக்காளி தொக்கு

WELCOME TO RAEIMA'S PASSION        I am a huge fan of this tomato thokku 😋 so I write this recipe in my first blog 😃. This thokku suits well with  Idly ,  Dosai,  and  Chapati.  We can use this same paste in  Pasta as well .        I learn this recipe from my mom. Usually, she prepared this recipe and store it in the refrigerator for one week. It is a very simple recipe and takes ten to fifteen minutes.      I have used country tomatoes, but you can also use the Bangalore tomatoes. In these recipes, we not used tamarind because the country tomatoes have a sour taste so need to add tamarind in this recipe.                         For more Info, Please go through below links, For more Veg Recipes, please click the  Veg Varieties  from Cooking and Craft in the sidebar.
