How to make an Ambulance Car using Cardboard Box/என்ன அட்டைப்பெட்டியில் கார் பண்ணலாமா?

                            In my daughter's school, they conduct the event to make an Emergency vehicle within two weeks using a Cardboard box; they provided all required items such as cardboard box, chart paper, glue. First, I thought it is difficult to make a vehicle and I don't have any idea, but my daughter insists me to make an emergency vehicle for her class. 

                                                        Hmm! I started searching in the scratch and got ideas, but the challenge is we need to make the vehicle using their provided items. Luckily, I got one large rectangular and a small square cardboard box for Ambulance Car, one small rectangular and a small square box for Police Car. 

                                                        Seeing this all, my daughter asked me to make a car for herself 😀,so i made it by using one small square cardboard box. Will be Post the details of making Police Car and Personal Car as soon as possible.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

• One large Rectangular Box
• One small square Box
• Packaging Tape
• Glue Gun
• Glue
• Chart Papers (White, Black, Red)
• Bubble Cover
• Acrylic Paint
• Paint Brush

PICTORIAL:

I have one large Rectangular Cardboard Box and One small Square Box for making ambulance car. The large Box is very thin and flexible, so I paste the cardboard (2 inch width) in the corners for support. Now I'm going to join the small square box to the large rectangular box.Take the measurement (width and height) of the small square box.    

      

Draw the small square box measurement (13 inch Height and 7 inch Width) to the two sides of the large square box and Trim the two sides (7 inch Width) part as shown in the second picture.

Paste the small square box in the bottom part of the cardboard box and stick the cardboard in the top part of the cardboard box using a glue gun.

Before sticking the chart papers, we are going to level the corners in cardboard box using packaging tape shown in the above picture.

Now Basement is Ready!!!.

First stick the white chart papers in the basement and stick the window, windshield, tyre in the car using Black Chart papers.

HOW TO MAKE HEADLIGHT AND SIREN IN THE CAR?

Draw a circle shape in the red chart paper then paste the bubble cover in top of it. Ha Ha ! Headlight for the car is Ready!!!.

Paste the headlight in the top and bottom of the Cardboard Car.

Trim the rectangular shape in the cardboard then color the blue and red in the cardboard using acrylic paints.Paste the Bubble cover in the top of it as a same process of headlight.

Using aluminium foil sheet, I pasted for silver color in center of the siren.Stick it into front of the car using a glue gun.

Paint the ambulance car using acrylic paints.Here i painted based on Netherland ambulance Car.
