I am very proud to say the Egg meal maker varuval is my recipe 😆. This is the first recipe I prepared in my childhood days and got a lot of applause from my mom and sissy Ramya 😉, now my daughter also one fan for it.
Egg meal maker varuval suits for Chapati roll, Sandwich, and Rice varieties. The specialty of this recipe is meal maker gives crunchiness and the egg gives softness.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Nos Eggs
- 3 Nos Onion Medium Size
- 2 Nos Tomato Medium Size
- 25 Nos Meal maker/Soya Chunks small size
- 3 Nos Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- 2 spring Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt add as per taste
- 4 Nos Eggs

- 2 Nos Tomato Medium Size
- 25 Nos Meal maker/Soya Chunks small size
- 3 Nos Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- 2 spring Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt add as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Soak meal maker in boiling water with 1 tsp salt.
- After ten minutes, squeeze the water and chop the meal maker into small pieces.
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chili, coriander into small pieces.
- In the saucepan, heat 1 tbsp coconut oil on it then add mustard and curry leaves.
- Once mustard tempers, add onion and green chilies.
- Sauté nicely, until the onion change to translucent.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, sauté nicely until the raw smell goes off.
- Add meal maker/soya chunks and sauté until the moist removes it.
- Add masalas(chili powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, garam masala) and sauté nicely until its fry.
- Add tomatoes and sauté until it's changed to be mussy.
- Now add eggs in the pan and spread uniformly in the top, then add pepper powder.
- Close the lid and wait for five to ten minutes.
- Open the lid and sauté in one direction, so the mixture mixed uniformly and comes in chunks texture.
- Garnish Coriander leaves in the pan.
INSTRUCTIONS WITH PICTURES:
Once mustard tempers, add onion and green chilies. Sauté nicely, until the onion change to translucent.
