        • It is Fat-free, Low calorie, Low cholesterol.
        • It helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.
        • It may help protect against cancer.
        • It may help to maintain heart health.
I cook pepper mushroom fry with a combination of Pepper and some spices such as Fennel seeds and Cumin seeds (jeera). We need to dry roast the spices and grind it into coarse form. These spices give a rich flavor for this recipe. Basically, I love a peppery flavor, so I used 1 tablespoon whole pepper for this recipe. You can add as per your required spice level. This recipe goes well to rice with dal, curd, rasam, sambar, and rice varieties such as vegetable biryani, coconut rice, lemon rice, tomato rice, and chapati.
